Relativity

Core course in Part II Experimental and Theoretical Physics in the Natural Sciences Tripos at the University of Cambridge

I acted as a supervisor for this course 2010-13 conducting tutorials in groups of 2-3. Lectured by Mike Hobson.

This course starts with a recap of special relativity, before turning to 4-vectors and differential geometry and recasting special relativity in these terms. The formalism is then used to develop the concepts of general relativity.
